The Cajun Bayou Broiler can also cook pork chops, fish, shrimp, scallops and other seafood in a snap. It does feature a stainless steel cooking grate which is 19.5 x 15.5, large enough to fit eight standard sized Rib-eye Steaks.

Made from solid carbon steel with a high temp charcoal gray finish, this grill will withstand many years of use. This grill is equipped with 8 solid rubber wheels and a front axle with castors making this fryer easy to move. This grill is set up for liquid propane and is for outdoor use only!
