This brilliant rivet racking has 1.5mm thick steelwork (all powder coated) and 15mm thick chipboards decks. With the rivets its practically one of the easiest boltless racking systems to assemble - you literally need no other tool than a rubber mallet - even the centre support beams that go under the chipboards you just whack sideways with the mallet and then whack them down! 15mm Chipboard decks - No flimsy mdf! 1.5mm thick steel frame with supports under the decks. Single piece posts - no joiners, stronger & easier to assemble - height to top of board is 915/920mm when positioned at the top. Powder coated long lasting paint finish - blue & orange. Shelves rated to a maximum 400kgs UDL (Uniformly distributed load). Choice of 2 or 3 Tiers / levels per unit. Shelves adjustable every 45mm - bottom level has to be inserted within 150mm of the floor. Supplied with plastic feet to protect your floors and prevent the steel touching the concrete.

Delivered flatpack for easy assembly at your business or home - the only tool you need is a mallet! Simple boltless assembly - just tap together with a rubber mallet. All sizes use single piece boards except 2400mm wide which uses 2 pieces per level with joiners (standard industry practice). If you want to fit a vice to a bench these are ideal, we don't recommend going with boards that are less than 15mm, we also recommend large washers or spreader plates underneath the worktop so that when you tighten up the vice bolts you can get a tight fitting but you will not pull the bolt through the worktop. Collections always welcome and much cheaper too. Great for use in the garage, workshop, warehouse, office and most commercial, industrial and domestic environments. All stocked in the UK at our warehouse in Staunton, Gloucestershire.

The props are not included in the sale and are for display purposes only. If you don't have a forklift truck thats ok as we will specify a tail lift lorry. Our aim is to dispatch all orders received before midday the same day, but.... If you need to have your items for a specific job or'for the weekend' please order in plenty of time.

Yes most deliveries are delivered on time, yes most parcels survive the courier networks - but remember 3 percent of all parcels are delayed. Also some parcels unfortunately get damaged. PLEASE if you have a time specific requirement - order in plenty of time. We are quick but we use couriers....
