Condition is good, kept indoors and paint is generally intact. The racks come as single pieces of welded square tube, with spacers and legs that slot in to make the heights adjustable. Can stack as many as required on top of each other. Photos show two racks together, with spacers and with/without legs. More can be stacked on top and lots of combinations possible.
